www.eArtConnection.com exists to provide a directory of artists of all genres. Within the pages of this site, an art lover can search by genre and media to locate an artist whose work best suits his or her own individual tastes. Also contained within an artist’s bio is contact information. Using this, an art lover can contact an artist to view additional work, arrange a commission for a custom piece, and (hopefully) purchase the next piece for their own collection.
Like the artists themselves, art takes many forms and formats. That is why this site is dedicated to representing artists of all kinds, styles, formats, and genres. We don’t want to limit the definition of art to a piece that hangs on a wall or lives on a shelf. Whether the medium is oil or acrylic, paint or concrete, strictly display or fully functional; there is a place for you as an artist to display your unique talents here. Read the letter below from our President, Scott Reed, and take the first step in the process to become an eArtConnection artist!
CALL FOR ARTISTS
Dear Artist,
Thank you for reaching out to www.eArtConnection.com!
To help us build your FREE artist profile, please take a few moments to email us at eArtConnection@Gmail.com with the below mentioned information and/or items.
1) A brief biography or artist statement. Your bio should include your name, country of origin, current home, genre of art (painting, scultpture, printmaking, etc.) and a bit about your creative process.
2) An email address you prefer art lovers use to contact you (to prevent spam to you, the email address will not be included visibly in your bio, but a contact form will be on your page which will go to the given email address).
3) URL links to social media, personal website, gallery site, etc. where you are featured, or sites where you have work for sale.
4) A photograph of yourself for use as a profile picture on your listing.
5) Finally, in addition to the above requested information, your post will allow you to display some of your work that best exemplifies your style. Please attach to your email 5-7 images of your artwork.
Once the information is returned, we will put it all together into a format which will remain consistent across artist profiles on our site. Artist profiles will typically be posted on our site within 24 hours of receiving all required information. Of course, we will allow you an opportunity to review your artist profile for accuracy.
