BIOGRAPHY:
I started drawing at the age of three - on a kitchen wall that had been painted matte black, at my parent’s home - so that I could use coloured chalks to draw the animals, people and events as read and described to me, by my mother (the writer Evelyn Boylan). At College and in my Studio in Ireland I developed my wonderful artistic talents through the mediums of oils, watercolours, gouache, acrylics and inks.
Formerly from Dublin, Ireland, I now live in a charming l7th c “Longere”in Brittany, in the picturesque West of France, with my racing-driver husband, Adrian (and a a very bold cat) where I run my Art Studio.

From here I also conducts my hugely enjoyable and rewarding art classes, aimed at encouraging students to explore their artistic skills and create works of art of which they can be justly proud. Art Therapy classes are also available. Early booking is advised for these popular art classes.
For relaxation I enjoys driving all types of fast cars, particularly Rally cars (courtesy of Rally School Ireland); gardening, and composing and playing piano music.
I specialise in commissions for racing, rally and sports cars and also undertake commissions ranging from Greeting Cards to Cartoons and from Seascapes/landscapes to Portraits.
