BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, reared in Surrey, England; and now commuting between Malaga, Spain and the Norfolk Broadlands in the United Kingdom, Valerie Anne Kelly is an award-winning Artist and Photographer, as well as a published author. Valerie creates her unique pieces under the mark, Valzart, and has exhibited her work in numerous galleries. In addition to her exhibits, Valz’s work has sold all over the world, and she has painted many commissioned pieces.
Valerie is a traditionally trained artist who is unafraid to use any medium at her disposal to capture her subject, especially landscapes. She loves to observe the world around her, then capture the beauty of this amazing world with her painting or photography. While she works in all mediums, she loves the flexibility and limitless expression afforded her in digital art creation, with a million paint brushes at her disposal in her digital art studio. In this studio, Valerie also experiments in Tradidigital Art; a term she describes as art that combines both traditional and computer-based techniques to produce original fine art. Whatever the medium or technique, Valerie is a great believer in the healing energy of art, and creates art from the heART.
